No. The generation process is actually computationally intensive and therefore costly on our end. If you are unhappy with the outcome of the project we will be happy to take a look. If your project is below the quality of an average kit (which is at our discretion) we will be happy to send you another kit at no charge.

On average we can create and pack your custom kit in two weeks. Then it's up to the method of shipping you use. Our Carrier is UPS. (the cheapest method) usually takes 3-5 business days.

As strange as it sounds, no. Each kit has colors chosen based on the colors in the original photo. This means that color 'A' for your first kit will be a totally different color than color 'A' for your second kit.

When you purchase a kit you register at the same time. Registering without purchasing does not offer anything at the moment, so there is no way to do it.

When you are logged in and navigate to your project, there is a switch which you can toggle to set the project's privacy. When a project is public, it is visible in the Public Gallery. When it is private, only you can see it.
